Grant is owner and principal of Grant Porteous Coaching. This growing business is the culmination of 18 years of experience working in traditional behavioral health and more than 30 years helping individuals, communities, and businesses in the public, private, and non-profit sectors get what they want.
Grant earned a Bachelor of Arts emphasizing Organizational Development and a Master of Social Work focused on Community Based Economic Development. He also took certifications from the International Coach Federation and David Bayer’s Transformational Mindset Methodology and continues receiving coaching and training from other experts in order to offer his clients the best and latest in science, strategy, and support.
Married 37 years with three adult children, Grant currently makes his home in Northern Michigan.

Connie is a National Sales Director, and Marketing and Client Relations Executive with over 20 years of experience. Her career experience includes, National and Regional Sales Director, Board and Organizational Leadership, National and Regional Sales Strategies, Competitive Intelligence, Project Management, Data Analysis, Contract Negotiations, and Market Research.
Connie presently lives in Missouri and has 14 nieces and nephews, and a dog named Jack who loves a good adventure. Connie continues to receive training and coaching with Grant Porteous.
